The place is amazing. It is in a great location and perfect size and layout. We had 4 of us my wife, 2 sons and myself. The management is great with their communication adn I would recommend this place if you are going to Byron. Just accross from the beach and close to all shops and food.

The location of this property is truly outstanding, right on the beachfront, which is hard to beat in Byron Bay. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to expectations, especially considering the high price.
The apartment is in serious need of an update. The décor feels cheap and tired. I remember when it had a more stylish, surf-inspired look – with wooden floors and a decorative surfboard that gave it a Ralph Lauren surf-shop vibe. Now, everything looks worn out: the once-white furniture is yellowing, and both the kitchen and bathroom feel dated. While everything works, it certainly does not justify the rates being charged.
Another major downside is the bar directly across the street, which blasts music until 1AM. The sound is so loud that the walls literally shake, making it nearly impossible to sleep. For a place marketed under the Quiksilver brand and at this price point, this was a big disappointment.
On top of that, the 10AM checkout time is far too early – especially since guests are expected to leave the place clean. It ruins the last day of the stay. Although 10AM checkouts are somewhat standard in Australia, for a property like this one, a later checkout would be much more reasonable.
It’s a shame, because with its name, price, and unbeatable location, you expect a much higher quality experience. Sadly, it falls short.
