The Adventure Villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home. We are using it regularly, we take good care of it, for you and us to really enjoy.

We decorated the Adventure around the World Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one.

Of course, you will find flat screen UHD 4kK and HD TV’s, high speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.

The villa offers a South facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture.

If you are looking for an incredible value, a super well equipped villa, fully renovated, in a prime, Disney / Golf / Shopping location that will accommodate, up to 7 guests, stop looking, you just found it !!

Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together.

There are 3 bedrooms; the pirate and princess room will accommodate 3 young adventurers, the Harry Potter room is equipped with a queen size bed and finally the jungle bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, with one ensuite to the jungle room.

The villa offer a south facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.

Our garage has been converted to a game room with a 7 foot pool table, air hockey and foostable in a nice Cars theme decor! You will enjoy!!!

Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Indian Ridge Oaks , which has its own children’s playground, community swimming pool and tennis court.

We are located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate. We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club.

Another fantastic trip to FL! This is the first time we have stayed at this owners property (we stayed at their larger house twice before), and everything was as wonderful as expected. The house was close to shopping, the pool was great. The garage game room was fun! The owners provided so much, it was appreciated. Definitely looking forward to booking again!

The house was just as advertised and close proximity to Orlando activities and Disney. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and comforts of home. Stayed 4 nights with friends to go to Theme Parks. It was easy to get to and from both Universal and Disney parks within a 30 minute drive. Walmart is right down the street. Neighborhood is really quiet.The house is perfect for 2-4 adults, think it would be too small for much more. The pool is nice and private with surrounding vegetation and neighboring fences. I would definitely stay here again!

Great home for families.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It has everything from beach chairs, beach umbrella and toys which we took advantage of, saving us so much money for other fun things. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The rooms were decorated fun, and even had a few dress up clothes for the kids. Landry pods and dryer sheets were helpful as we forgot them. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip a little smoother with all the amenities of home.

Great stay, lots to do in house. Food and Disney close. House is well stocked with things you need for all ages. Owners accessible and responsive. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean, but gave 4 stars for cleanliness because you could tell the cleaning crew skipped over some of the areas they thought to be lower traffic.

Loved everything about the Villa. Nice area, close to stores and restaurants. Only 20 minutes or so to all things Disney. Pool was wonderful. I am so glad it was suggested to pay to heat the pool- it was nice and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting Orlando.

The villa was amazing for our family of four! It’s centrally located to all the Disney/ Orlando fun! We were able to unwind after long days at the parks, grill, swim in the pool and play in the game room! The bedrooms were decorated cute and the kiddos loved the themes! Highly recommend!
