We offer family friendly accomodation in a private space for self-catering, or easy walk to cafes. There is a private covered outdoor entertainment area with furniture & barbeque. Newly renovated kitchen comes with good size fridge, cook top, micro/convection oven, usual electric appliances & front load washing machine.
Spacious living/dining area with comfy lounge, dining setting, heat, pump & air conditioning wall mounted TV & radio.
Good size main bedroom with queen bed, built-in wardrobe, wall mounted TV.
Second bedroom with double /single bed and separate single bed
Bathroom with walk-in shower, wall hung vanity and separate toilet room
Linen and towels provided. Baby items (Cot/highchair etc.), beach towels & bikes available on request.
Lots of adjacent parking for caravan & boat.

The unit was comfortable in a peaceful and quiet setting. We had everything we wanted for a self-catering holiday. It was within easy walking distance of the local shops and was close to great beaches, fishing, and other water activities. We recommend it to anyone wanting a family holiday

Very easy to go from this location to various points of interest... we saw kangaroos every day in the paddock behind the unit, which for us was super! Unit was newly renovated and comfortable. Would stay there again. Thank you!

This accommodation was excellent. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was lovely to have a private outdoor area to sit and relax and enjoy a bbq. We very much enjoyed our 5-night stay in Dodges Ferry. The 2-bedroom bungalow is attractive, clean and comfortable. All mod cons, versatile microwave/conventional oven, TV and good Wifi. Small garden and outdoor area with bbq. Close to nice beaches and the South East as well as Hobart and central Tasmania. Good communication with Victor who is a genial and friendly host. Highly recommend.

Value stay away from the hustle and bustle of Hobart

Good value stay. Easy parking, easy to follow directions and good communication. About 35-40 minutes from the city. Currently there are a couple of roadworks to and from Dodges Ferry just to be aware of. A branch of Richmond bakery nearby and a pizza van.

With comfortable beds and lounge, a kitchen with lots of options for cooking and air that dried washing in minutes, this was a great place to stay and relax. The beach was beautiful for swimming and would be great for those with younger children. It is a holiday spot convenient to lots of other places including Hobart, the airport, Richmond, excursions down the Tasman Peninsular, and up the east coast. Victor and Jane were welcoming hosts who had thought through lots of extra details to make our stay a good one.

Dodges Ferry is located at mouth of Pittwater Estuary, so scenic waterways and surf beaches. Only 30 minutes from Hobart, so when not at the beach or touring the regions, spend the day in town, dining, shopping, movies, visiting Mona, or strolling around the waterfront, and back to your cosy temporary home.
