Do not sleep on the beds without using fitted sheets & flat sheets or additional cleaning fee applies. Only 1 vessel allowed.
When we have back to back bookings, check in is 3pm.
There are steps going down to rivers edge.
Please do dishes & sweep floor before leaving. Leave house neat & tidy. We do NOT supply toiletries, please bring your own.
Take home any extra rubbish that won’t fit in bins. If you have no reviews, you will be asked to supply government issued ID with photo & may be required to pay bond up front. Maximum 10 guests. If rules are broken, extra charges will apply.
