The home comfortably sleeps five and is perfect for a small family getaway, a couple’s retreat, or a laid-back weekend with the girls. Upstairs, the oversized master feels like a cosy loft hideaway with a queen bed, while downstairs, the second large bedroom features a set of single bunks and a pillow-top hotel-quality double bed. 

Cook breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a Bosch dishwasher and coffee machine, or fire up the BBQ outside and dine under the stars. The outdoor space is a highlight: fully fenced and ideal for both play and relaxation. Curl up on the giant daybed, rinse under the hot outdoor shower after a surf, and light up the fire pit and toast marshmallows under the stars when night falls.

With Foxtel, Netflix, unlimited WiFi, games, DVDs, and little thoughtful touches, every moment here feels easy, fun, and memorable. And when you’re ready to explore, the ocean is just a short stroll away.

Fruit trees surround the house and make for great fun picking in the summer months.

The house is on a residential street with permanent tenants nearby, so we rent to mature guests who will remain respectful of our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

HEATING/COOLING
Main living and kitchen: Split system heating and cooling, open fireplace, radiant wall heater (electric) & ceiling fan.
Master Bedroom: Ceiling fan & electric blanket on the queen bed
Second bedroom (downstairs): Radiant column heater and cooling fan for summer.
NOTE: The central living area's split system cools the master.

GUEST ACCESS
The house sleeps 5 guests comfortably.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Single Bunk Bed and 1 x Double Bed

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for the first towel set ordered only).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and a hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40 applies.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

GETTING AROUND
Parking is available for your stay. We can provide parking information if necessary. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
There are strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. We welcome mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process is complete.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple, convenient way for you to enter and leave the home. We can be contacted via the booking platform at any time during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
The home features two internal staircases, including a spiral staircase that requires using the handrail for safe navigation. To ensure safety, we recommend that families with toddlers consider other options to prevent potential accidents.

Pets: We are pet-friendly and welcome dogs ONLY from November to April.

Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
