The Space:

This elevated Yallingup home boasts spectacular ocean views, inviting you to relax in style. Sink into the sofas in the main living room and curl up for a movie night on the large TV. Nearby, a casual seating area with a bistro table and two rattan chairs invites you to catch up on emails. On the ground floor, the second living room is a fun retreat for kids, with a TV, comfortable seating, and direct access to the vibrant garden. On the top floor, stretch out on the oversized sofa and take in the panoramic sea vistas from the third living room. With a small sink area and a powder room conveniently nearby, you can fully rest without needing to head downstairs.



Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and a spacious island bench with four stools—perfect for casual bites. Gather for intimate meals at the dining table for ten, set against lush greenery views. As the sky turns golden, step onto the expansive deck, where multiple lounge areas invite you to sip a glass of Margaret River’s finest wine and fire up the BBQ.



After a day of exploring, retreat to four serene bedrooms, each with split-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. Watch the waves roll in in the primary suite on the main level, featuring a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV and electric blinds. Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Also on the main level, the queen bedroom offers a calming escape with the second ensuite. On the ground floor, recharge in the third bedroom with a king bed and direct garden access. The fourth bedroom, ideal for kids, has two bunk beds and easy access to the second living room. Refresh in the family bathroom with a shower before settling in for the night. Maintain your laundry needs with an in-house washer.



After a day at Yallingup Beach, rinse off under the outdoor heated shower before unwinding indoors. With secure on-site parking, this retreat offers a hassle-free stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Yallingup, this home puts you just steps from Yallingup Beach, perfect for surfing, swimming, or setting off on the iconic Cape to Cape Track. A seven-minute walk leads to Lagoon Yallingup, where you can indulge in a fresh seafood lunch, or drive four minutes to Caves House for juicy steaks and cocktails. Explore stunning limestone formations with a six-minute drive to Ngilgi Cave. Wine lovers can visit Cape Naturaliste Vineyard and Vallée du Venom, just seven minutes away, for premium tastings in a picturesque setting. A nine-minute drive brings you to the Aquarium, a natural rock pool with crystal-clear waters, perfect for snorkelling.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the carport.



Airport: 45-minute drive from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.



Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.



Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
