Welcome to Olive Grove where you are greeted by beautifully curated spaces for a relaxing & fun holiday.

Keep everyone entertained with our outdoor cinema, pool table, splash pool, trampoline, toys & table tennis whilst you enjoy your complimentary Olive Grove Spritzer (offer is seasonal).

Take a short stroll to the incredible 16th Beach & General store (best coffee). Enjoy amazing walks in the National Park. Go to the Hot Springs or go on a bike ride to Blairgowrie Village.

ABOUT OLIVE GROVE
Olive Grove is located in a quiet residential pocket of Rye back beach just off Canterbury Jetty Road and Tasman Drive.

You have full access to the entire property of 850m2. The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + separate toilet and open kitchen dining and living + laundry with everything need for washing and drying. A brand new ducted heating and cooling system throughout the home will ensure you are always comfy.

Each bedroom has storage for hanging and storing clothing and the two main bedrooms have full mirrors.

Kitchen and Bathroom have been updated with quality fixtures and smaller appliances (Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso, Sandwich press, Kettle and Toaster).

There is a spacious outdoor under cover living and entertainment area where you can eat relax play pool or watch the kids jumping in the trampoline.
Guests also have access to a huge garage with table tennis. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the premises.

Other things to note:
Please remember whilst we have taken great care to update Olive Grove with modern touches our place has an old school beach shack vibe intended to bring you back to the basic pleasures of life. Relax unwind and enjoy our perfectly imperfect gem on the peninsula back beach.

Charming Stay

We had a lovely stay at Olive Grove with our 3 year old. It is thoughtfully appointed, very clean and has a great covered outdoor area. Easy walk to the back beach and you can hear the waves at night. A charming place.

Weekend Getaway

What a great little beachside getaway. This property has everything you could need for a getaway. The house is comfortable and relaxing and has an overall great vibe. The option to take the dog also made it just so much more welcoming... Can't rate any higher.

I moved from Sweden in 2000 and have since married my husband Jason and we have two young boys together. We love exploring the Peninsula on our holidays - it has so much fun to offer the whole family.
Jason and I run a small building company together and we personally makes sure that the property stays in tip top shape for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We love the position! Its walking distance to the back beach and it offers calm and relaxation. The property is one of those great quality older style homes that just keeps going. We only had to do some minor updates to the house to bring it to life again.
It is a happy house and nothing is too precious and therefore Ii lends itself well for kids and family pets. We believe everyone deserves a holiday!
