THE LUMINOUS is situated in the prestigious area of Indian Creek estates. This modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical WALT DISNEY WORLD, just a five minute drive to the home of MICKEY MOUSE.

The 1900 Sq ft villa is ultra modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. Pool and spa .

The main living room includes a 65' LED SMART TV with 100's of HD channels. Wi-Fi throughout the villa and pool areas at broadband speed - 10Mbs. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in the USA and CANADA.

Gourmet kitchen with top of the line brand new appliances. Dining room with seating for 8.

Two Master Suites with queen sized bed and king sized bed and LED TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

2 other bedrooms include matching twin beds with LED TV.

All bathrooms are fully appointed. Private South facing pool after a long day of theme park hopping or golfing.

Shopping is just minutes away with grocery and retail stores, world class outlet shopping as well as many restaurants and pubs. We couldn’t have been happier with this home—it’s absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! From cribs and strollers to pool toys and beach towels, every detail was thoughtfully provided. The welcome binder was a wonderful touch, offering great restaurant recommendations and helpful information about the area, which made planning our days so easy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, we had a few hiccups but owner was very efficient with getting it taken care of. Highly recommend staying here. Close to parks and everything we wanted to do. Heated pool and hot tub was worth the extra since we had a few cold nights.

A beautiful villa with a fantastic pool. We loved the layout and the rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfy! Aircon temp was great- we always felt comfortable. The interior of the villa is great. It has everything you could possibly need and some. We had a problem with the AC which was dealt with very promptly even though it was a Sunday. The only disappointment was the outside area which needs a deep clean, I had to scrub the table before we could even consider using it. But this was a minor thing that should not deter anyone from renting.

Pulling up, we knew we made the right choice. The house was absolutely beautiful on the outside and the inside. It was so clean and pretty. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. The kids loved the game room. the neighborhood was lovely. We will definitely be back- highly recommend!l!!

Over all had a great stay at the villa. We did lose power one morning from 3am to 6am it appeared that the neighbor lost power too. kitchen had all the appliances needed to cook and prepare food,tidy and well kept. Perfect location for visiting Disney. I will say if you are visiting Universal parks (as we did) consider closer or staying east of I-4 because the traffic is INSANE I believe it has to do with the close proximity to the Disney parks. This doesn’t reflect how much of a gem this place is. Would recommend to a friend.

Nice House

We stayed at the house as my daughter was in a basketball tournament. It was a nice house and close to the ESPN Center where we played. We were able to make dinner after the game in the nice kitchen. Everything was clean and well organized. We would stay there again.

Great house

Very clean house with lots of rooms. Pool was clean and warm (we chose to have it heated). There is a 30 page binder of various instructions for your stay, including having to strip the beds and start laundry before leaving.

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
