About this property
Peppermint Farm in the Heart of the South West
Summary:
A peaceful macadamia farm nestled between Dunsborough, Busselton and Cowaramup, Peppermint Farm blends rustic charm with creature comforts. Explore open lawns, shaded paddocks and orchard trails, or challenge your crew to a match on the private tennis court. Indoors, curl up by the fireplace, gather around the dining table or relax with a movie. With space, privacy and style, this is your down south escape done right.
The Space:
Tucked into a working macadamia farm, this charming single-level home opens with a relaxed country exterior and private driveway access. Located on Wildwood Road, nice and close to a bottle shop, petrol station with timber supplies, and the exciting Discover Deadly reptile centre, you won't have to go far to ensure everyone is entertained.
Step into a light-filled open-plan living space with timber floors, a log fireplace, and a comfy lounge beside a smart TV. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso pod machine and overlooks a dining area perfect for long meals and good conversation.
The main living area leads out to an alfresco patio with a BBQ, pizza oven, and firepit, all framed by expansive lawns and farm views. A covered patio features table tennis and space to play and get together, while the private tennis court offers more outdoor fun.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out: the primary bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite with shower. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom offers a double sofa bed—ideal for children or teens. The main bathroom features a bathtub and shower combo, with laundry facilities conveniently located nearby.
Split system air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round. There is a locked garage and machinery shed on the property, however, access is not granted.
A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire farmstead to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
