Living, Sitting, Outdoor Entertaining: A spacious light filled living zone with new modern furniture, split system air conditioning, an open fireplace, smart TV & drinks cart. Very cosy & stylish with lots of seating. Bi-fold doors lead out onto the upper deck which has a comfortable couch & vintage bar for breakfast/drinks/entertaining.

Picture this: Morning coffee on the deck, head off for a walk to the front beach or the stunning back beach trails. Return for brunch, open the bifold windows in the kitchen, embrace the views. Plans to visit a winery or two? hot springs or shopping in the Villages. Return for a sit down dinner, take away or eat out at one of the many accomplished 7 reputable restaurants, a beverage on the deck, warm up and relax in front of the fire or a soak in the spa or maybe just both!… holiday bliss.

Min set nights from mid December to end January. Min 2 nights all other times, min 3 nights public holidays and long weekends, min 4 nights Easter. Sorry, no pets.

Pool is not heated but can be upon request. An extra $50 per day for the duration of your stay or $200 per week. Confirm when requesting to book.

LINEN: A full linen/bathroom package included with bookings of 4 nights or more. BYO Pool/Beach Towels. 3 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, pool towels, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

Strictly no schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
