Sunny,spaciousand unique home that is pet friendly.
Comfortable, spacious home that is centrally located in a nice neighborhood just 10 minutes drive to both Nelson CBD, Richmond, Tahunanui beach and the airport.
Supermarkets are 5 minutes drive away in Stoke.
Walking distance to close bus stop and a cute wee cafe and convenience store.
The house has a fully stocked kitchen.
The beds are comfortable with good bedding and linen.
There is a 55 inch TV with Netflix supplied.
I live downstairs with my two small friendly terriers.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but cannot be barkers or chewers.
Guests have the top floor except for the second lounge which is locked off
