Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

We loved the view of the mountains, We assumed it was Pike's Peak. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed & was Clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Located near shopping & restaurants.
We had a nice stay over the Thanksgiving holiday, perfect location. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.
We loved the veiw of Pikes Peak. We traveled with our small dog, there is a nice area for walks.
This VRBO was very clean and met all of our needs. Good communication with host. The towels were nice, clean and fluffy.

Host communication was difficult. Had issues using amenities such as the massage chair, the internet, the coffee maker, and was restricted from adjusting thermostat settings to a comfortable temperature. I requested assistance several times and was left with partial answers and little help. We left early as I couldn’t use internet to work well and was disappointed with lack of assistance. Still awaiting a partial refund and continue to get rough communication
