Very comfortable stay

Excellent location, communication with owner easy, very clean, everything needed available plus extra consideration by owner. Only drawback is no sky view. Would stay again.

The hosts of this property went above & beyond to accommodate our early arrival during a heat wave. The house was clean, full of amenities, and provided us enough information about the city that we could take advantage of its pleasures. The location is near the center of most major attractions, and a bus stop directly across the street from the front entrance. Highly recommended for those looking to envelop themselves into the culture of Florence.

Great stay in a nice location in Florence - spacious, clean, comfortable, with all amenities you could need for a short stay. The place was well stocked and everything worked fine. One of the most comfortable stays we had in Italy. Even though we were greeted with a downpour in Florence, once we were able to reach the apartment by bus (which stopped right in front) things were fine then on. This was on the ground floor, so no battling with stairs either. The place is close enough to walk to most places including the centre and the popular nightlife areas, we ended up walking everywhere during our 3 day stay. The bathroom and the washer worked fine, the bedroom was large (compared to other stays we had), had enough storage, the wifi worked well. The host Andrea was very nice, helpful, and proactive with communication and solved all queries we had even before we flew in to Italy. Overall, highly recommended

Confortevole e accogliente

Ero a Firenze per lavoro e ho scelto questo alloggio per la posizione e gli spazi. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti, curati e puliti; il cortile esterno è una piccola oasi di tranquillità. La casa è ben attrezzata e tiene conto delle necessità di chi alloggia. Al mio arrivo ho ricevuto in omaggio una bottiglia di vino e dolcetti. Ho adorato l'angolo colazione fornitissimo! Andrea è un host disponibile e gentile, sempre reperibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
