As advertised!

The apartment was great! Two couples stayed and we had plenty of room. Location is perfect for enjoying all that the neighborhood has to offer. We can’t wait to come back!

Not good at dealing with problems

I was ready to give a great review when I got locked out and it was handled terribly. Had my family standing in hot hallway for almost 20 minutes instead of using key to let us in when lock wasn’t working. Then refused to take any accountability with a ‘these things happen’ attitude’. At least at a hotel you can get in your room and there is someone to assist immediately. It’s how you handle the problems that really matter and sadly Ando group was a fail.
