The house was perfect for our group of 10 with plenty of room to sleep and it looked even better in person. Dave (the owner) and Kim (property manager) were both so great and were more than accommodating. Highly recommend booking as we will be rebooking next time we go.

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home. Close to the center of Lake Placid, while having a remote feel next to the small river it overlooks outback. Highly recommend this getaway.

Nice Relaxing Stay

This location provides the ability to relax in privacy. Although the distance to mirror lake may be a half mile as the crow flies, it is a 20 minute walk to the lake swimming area.

Glad you were able to relax and enjoy your stay during Ironman! As you mention, the walk to town center is a half mile and the swimming beach is an additional half mile from there. In general, parking near the swimming area is fairly easy - for those who prefer not to walk.

A lovely getaway within walking distance of all Lake Placid has to offer! The property is clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. Kim, the property manager is a fantastic communicator, and I cannot recommend this rental enough!

Thank you for such a great time. My whole family was there and not one person didn't have a good time. Close to everything we wanted to do and the scenery was beautiful. It's like a whole different world. The snow on the trees was beautiful. Highly recommend place to go.

This was a great house for our two families! The 5 bedrooms each felt very private. Air hockey and pop a shot were a hit with the kids (and dads) and it was nice to have two tv areas. River view was nice too!

A Marvelous Stay

We very much enjoyed the property and it's private stairway to the babbling waters. We appreciated it's close proximity to everything we wanted to do, while still being very private. We were happy to have such a great space to have our family's first post covid reunion. And David and Kim were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Family ski trip to place placid

This house is great for multiple families to spend a vacation in lake placid. Plenty of room to sleep and has all items in kitchen and bathrooms. Easy drive or walk into downtown lake placid and short 15 min drive to the whiteface mountain. Overall would recommend.
