This is a nice house for a family weekend. The en suite bathrooms were great. Excellent location to get out to the Gulf quickly. Communication with the property manager was great.

The Sea Otter House is Exceptional

We’ve stayed in several other vacation homes but The Sea Otter House is by far the best! The home is beautifully decorated for the best guest experience. Our bed was very comfortable and we also enjoyed the large garden tub with jets and shower. The upstairs kitchen we used was well stocked with all the tools we needed for cooking and serving and we even used the grill outside for our delicious fresh caught fish. Using the 6-seat golf cart was so much fun—and we even spotted deer one evening. We also loved sitting by the fire pit—so relaxing and beautiful by the water. The house is ideally located, close to great restaurants, manatees, and community shopping and events by boat, kayak, golf cart and car. A really great vacation home!!
