Boater's Dream Home on a gulf access canal – 15 minutes to the river and Gulf of Mexico. Waterfront at it's finest. Awesome views, pool and heated spa, open floor plan.
Come to the Sunshine State and spend some time at this very exclusive Pool Villa on waterfront location
Tropical garden with palm trees etc. At the pool area you will find a huge gas-grill and romatic jacuzzi. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, highspeed internet, free nationwide phone calls, cable TV etc.
Our property manager is available during your entire stay with any questions that might come up.

The garage is not part of the rental and used by the owners only
The Electricity has $35/week included . Everyhing over get charged with 0,15$/kWh.
