Elegant living in the gorgeous Zenzero apartment located on the formal and most beautiful floor of a noble palazzo that is located along the Grand Canal.

You can use the elevator to reach this 2nd floor (1st floor European) apartment. Guests may arrive to the private dock.

With the high ceilings and parquet floors of the Piano Nobile, this apartment is particularly elegant.

The living room is spacious with two large windows overlooking the campo/piazza below. The seating area has a sofa and two upholstered chairs and for relaxing there is a chaise longue. There is a day bed that can be made up as a single bed.

The dining table is placed on the interior wall.

Up one floor is a nice large terrace shared by this apartment and the other three in the building, Cassia our listing 1123511, Menta our listing 1134228 and Alloro our listing 1141022. It has two wicker sofas, two armchairs and a table for 8.

The entry hall leads past a half bathroom and on into the living room. On the opposite side of the living room a hallway leads to the large kitchen.

You will be welcomed with a bottle of Bellini, the classic Venetian beverage made famous by nearby Harry's Bar. Fresh croissants will be delivered to your door each day. The kitchen is prepared for you with bottled water, fresh fruit, coffee capsules, fresh milk, sweeteners, butter, jam, sliced bread as well as salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.

The large bedroom is entered from the living room. It, too has large windows overlooking the classic Venetian campo. It offers an en suite bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet.

Things To Note

Check in from 2pm - 7pm, by appointment. Palazzo has a private dock for water taxi arrival/departure only with advance arrangement. Check out by 10am.

Late check in 9pm-10pm (€25 fee), 10pm -11pm (€50 fee), only possible with advance arrangement. Fees must be paid in cash on arrival to greeter. No check ins after 11pm.

City Hospitality tax payable in cash on arrival.

Guests must keep all windows and doors secure when away from the property.
