Great place in a great neighborhood

The neighborhood was very clean and in quick order to our conference location. The unit was spotless and roomy. There a few minor issues with a window and sink, but the owner was upfront with it and again, they were minor. Would recommend it!

Great stay!

This was a great place to come back to from the Automate show this year at Huntington Place. It was clean and close to everything. The attached parking was fantastic. I was going to use the People Mover but the station next to me was closed, wasn't a big deal since it turned out to be only a 9 minute walk to the convention center. It was my first time to Detroit and it's a very lively spot, probably one of the best downtowns I've been to. Would definitely stay again!

Good choice

Three of us stayed for the weekend, and were pleased with this apartment. It is just as the photos show. We walked several places, anthers was lots to see in the area. We parked in the attached structure, which was convenient, safe, not outrageously priced. The host answered our questions quickly and was helpful.

Took over a hour to get into place then the police came due to the neighbors hurting their child next door to where I was staying didn’t get any sleep due to the construction then had to pay for parking everytime I came in or out!! Would have came out cheaper by getting a hotel!! Then was asked could I strip all the bedding and start the dish washer for the cleaning crew very unprofessional

Perfect Location

Upon arrival we had 2 options for parking- a small , fenced-in lot across the street, or the parking structure at the base of this actual property, which is what we chose. (And we did not have to pay as much as the sign said it would cost!) We did have a little trouble obtaining the key. But LaToya was easily available and we ended up talking on the phone... just as the lock-box finally opened! This apartment was well stocked with kitchenware coffeemaker pots and pans glassware dishes utensils as well as toiletries hand soap body wash extra toothbush toothpaste high-quality tp towels and washcloths. We had enough linens on the bed so I am not sure if there were extras had we been too cold. There are not many options for places to put your suitcase. It was clean and there were no smells. (The main, building hallway wasn't quite so clean, but that is not the sole responsibility of this property owner.) Four of us had to crowd onto the small couch to watch our late-night Netflix together. There were 4 chairs for the dining room table (but they're not as warm or comfy after a night of walking around town). There are also televisions in the bedrooms that could have been used. The location was perfect for walking to downtown venues. There were lots of breakfast choices in the morning. I would totally stay here again!
