Escape to this charming retreat in the heart of Athens, your home away from home while in the Classic City. Three bedrooms, each with their own bath, with one on the main level, designed to unwind and truly enjoy. Walkable to the Classic Center, Sanford Stadium and the UGA campus. All are within a mile.

Beautifully designed, the open living area with large TV is the perfect gathering place to watch the game, prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind, or play one of the many games provided with your family and friends. The front porch is a refreshing space that extends the living area to the outdoors.

The main level has a lovely bedroom and full bath, upstairs is the primary suite with a large bath, king bed, dedicated workspace, and a daybed with a trundle, providing two twin beds. Also upstairs is the third bedroom with a full bathroom. The dedicated workspace provides an "office in a basket" with a desk mat, mouse, keyboard, ring light and computer stand complete with fast wifi.

Perfect location

This house is in the perfect location, close to campus with several trails walking distance from the house. The kitchen was better stocked than we even anticipated, leading us to cook at home more than we anticipated. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Excellent Stay

We were in town for a wedding and this property was very close to downtown and all the great restaurants and bars. The place was extremely clean and came with so many necessary items including laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps, and even coffee! Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises, but would highly recommend you choose it for yourself!

UGA orientation and volleyball camp

We had a wonderful stay at Classic City cottage. Christi was a fabulous host and very responsive. The snack basket was a nice touch to welcome us. Love it!
