This property was beautiful ! The house was well maintained and clean with pretty much everything you need for the stay, this property was well maintained and we really enjoyed the open space and the many different rooms it had to offer. The host also reached out to us and make sure everything was good on the first day and that we had no issues checking in. The area was easy to get to and offered the quiet serenity we were looking for our family on our first trip to Vermont. we will definitely book this property again !

We had an excellent stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The property grounds are massive, beautifully kept, and look much better in person than in the photos. Nothing felt crowded as everyone could find their own quiet place.Why we highly recommend it:Excellent Host & Check-in: Carol was highly responsive, checked in on us via text, and provided a detailed house manual that made everything easy.Fully Stocked Kitchen: (Bring your own ingredients), but all essential cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances (dishwasher, toaster, microwave) are provided for full family meals.Great Layout: The kids loved the quiet nooks and crannies for reading/crafts, and the sunroom was a family favorite.Perfect Location: Completely peaceful with no neighbor noise, yet only minutes from the capital and several river towns.Great Outdoor Space: We loved using the fire pit for stargazing, and our dog had plenty of room to safely explore.Reliable Tech/Amenities: The A/C and fans worked flawlessly, and the Wi-Fi easily handled a full household streaming at once.We would absolutely stay here again!

a Vermont Gem

This property is so lovely and easy to get to, but then you feel so secluded and off the grid once you're there, which is so relaxing. the house was well stocked and beds very comfortable! loved having access to a washer dryer and the layout of the house is great for kids and adults room to spread out. the best spot is on the back porch watching the kids play at the end of the day. we'll be back!

We had a beautiful vacation at Hilltop Home! The property was beautiful! We geeatly enjoyed the mornings on the back porch, watching humming birds visiting the colorful blooms in the amazing gardens and picking blueberries for breakfast. We prepared many family meals on the grill, followed up by a great time gathering around the fire ring. The beds were comfortable. Our family was recharged and well rested after the stay in the quiet, peaceful setting. All the necessities were there. It was a blessing to bring along iur dog, who also had a great time. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. We will definately return.
