Walk to the Beach or Relax on the Balcony of this Beautiful Rental!

Nicely furnished house will become your favorite home away from home! Sunny views from every angle, nice sized yard, porch and balcony, and a short walk to the beach. Granite and stainless kitchen is part of the open concept living/dining area. One main floor bedroom, two bedrooms upstairs, and additional bedroom downstairs will accommodate 8 guests comfortably. Main floor bath with shower and a brand new spa-like bath on the second floor.

Outside, there is a private patio complete with stainless grill and seating. Additionally, there is a shower with foot wash to clean up after your trip to the beach.

Located between Easton's and Second Beaches, this home is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Newport, without the noise and lights if you don't want them. However, if you do, Downtown Newport is a mere 5 minutes away...enjoy fine dining and a party atmosphere, or take a leisurely evening stroll along the waterfront.

We loved this beautiful home in MIddletown. It has a great location - near beaches, quick drive to Cliff Walk and to downtown Newport, great areas to walk around near the house. The house is lovely with a well-stocked kitchen, great dining/sitting room area, and an outdoor eating area. We loved the balcony seating off of the upstairs king bedroom. Great place to say and would definitely return!
