Relax and listen to the peaceful sounds of nature at Lake Delancy while sitting lakeside. Newborn fawns are seen often during this time of year.

Kayaks and rafts are available to use.

There is access to a private boat ramp so bring your jet skis, boat, fishing gear and water sport accessories to enjoy the lake!

The Ocala National Forest OHV trails are right outside this small, secluded community, drop your quads right here and ride out.

Enjoy the lakeside back porch with coffee in the mornings and the fire pit in the evening with sunsets comparing to best you've ever seen in the forest! During the night hours one can often see the deer walking through the yard.

The Wi-Fi password will be provided once to the home.

The outdoor cornhole game along with many indoor card games are left for entertainment.

The Main Bedroom with a King size bed has a half bath. Inside this room a single (not twin) size bed can also be used, see pictures when requiring sleeping additional guest.

2nd Bedroom has a queen. This bedroom has a deer decor of taxidermized heads.

The living room area is large enough to put down a queen size bed which is available.

The full bath has an iron tub and a full-size shower.

Smoking is permitted on the porch and outside. Please place remains in the correct location.

No trash pick-up service out here so a trash bin is left inside the laundry room where we remove upon your departure.

Great time!

Visited for 5 days in July 2024. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home on the lake. It is truly like a home away from home. Laura was an exceptional host. It's a bit off the highway but well worth the drive. Kayaks and life vests provided. Sandhill cranes were beautiful. Close to our favorite springs, Salt Springs and Silver Glen. Can't wait to get back there soon!

Cute little lake house with nice views

Had a great stay at the lake house. It was clean and had most everything we needed. There is no development on the other side of the lake so it's a lovely view from the common areas. Laura was very nice and helpful. Its a central location to the OHV trails and we rode straight from the house. Awesome fireworks displays over the lake several times during our stay. A few minor complaints - did not find the beds to be very comfortable. There is a queen, a king, a queen blow-up mattress and a fold-up cot. The a/c did not seem to cool the bedrooms well with the doors closed. Living room seating is limited to 4 people with a loveseat and 2 recliners. Kitchen/dining/bar area is all open so, can accomodate plenty in the general area. Neighbors do walk across the yard day and night. They were all friendly but it was a bit strange. Blinds in the 2nd bedroom overlooking the lake dont go all the way down so had to put something up against the window to keep people from seeing in. All in all, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. We would return. Laura was responsive and accomodating as a host. Laundry onsite was a huge plus. Liked the fire pit area and kayaks available for use.
