SeaMist Cottage is located on a private yard in historic downtown Rockport, Massachusetts, a charming seaside community. Short walks to shopping and art galleries on Bearskin Neck, beaches, train station as well as the Shalin Liu Performance Center.

The SeaMist Cottage is a converted studio decorated in a nautical theme. Three large skylights provide guests with a cozy sunny place to stay while visiting beautiful Rockport. In the cottage is an eat in kitchen space. There is a washer/dryer in the cottage as well. WiFi access is provided as well as a large LED television and a Blu-Ray DVD player.

SeaMist cottage is located in downtown Rockport with off street parking.

The Sea Mist cottage was the perfect spot to reconnect and relax for our getaway in Rockport! We had a wonderful time revisiting the town and local beaches (Good Harbor and Wingersheek were perfect!). Adorable cottage with everything you could want or need! Linda was a very attentive host, and you could feel that she really wants her guests to have a good experience there! It was walkable to downtown and the beach, and a quick drive to explore any other sights on the North Shore. We had a great time and look forward to our next visit!

Perfect getaway cottage

This cottage is a wonderful getaway rental, with everything you need to be comfortable and with a perfect location near town but still quiet. The hosts are great & very accommodating; we would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend at the cottage! Great amenities- made excellent use of the fully equipped kitchen, and we were within walking distance of all of the Rockport highlights: beach, restaurants, and shopping on Bearskin Neck. Easy check in and out; definitely recommend!

Great place with everything you need!

We would very highly recommend this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is a lovely place that is very well equipped and has a great little private patio area. Lovely place in a great location. Hosts were very gracious also.

Great vacation getaway

Wonderful place to relax and unwind in. Clean and well kept property. Had many personal touches that made it feel like home. Loved the beautiful private outdoor patio. Would gladly stay there again given the opportunity.

Rockport Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Mist Cottage. The cottage was cozy, inviting and well stocked. Convenient location to the heart of Rockport and wonderful host. Communicative and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

AMAZING PLACE & LOCATION

The cottage was amazing and very comfortable. A 10 minute walk away from Bear Skin Neck and located in a very quiet part of the village. It was a peaceful stay with more room & less cost than a hotel. We will be booking again!

Best Beach Vibes

Every detail was so warm, welcoming, and provisional, both for amenities and communication. Special surprises included amazing shower pressure, the abundance of birds chirping, and the local taffy! Will love to stay again!

Sea Mist was an amazingly clean and welcoming property, in a great walkable location with so many little extras from the bottle of wine to the recommendations from Linda and John. They were so helpful and Rockport was lovely from the shops to the ocean views to the food. We walked everywhere then also took the very short drive to Gloucester for the beach there and a lighthouse boat tour, which was fantastic. Would recommend staying at this location for sure and hope to return if ever back in Rockport again.

Quick get away weekend

Awesome location. Clean and attention to detail is spectacular. Open and airy the natural light is great. We walked everywhere and enjoyed sunrise to sunset.
