Perfect place for a family getaway. Beautiful home in a prime location 20 minutes outside of Black Mountain. Incredible views! The home is beautifully furnished and super comfortable. Really enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning just embracing the peace and quiet. We saw tons of wildlife, from wild turkeys and deer to several bears with cubs. Casey was terrific with communications. All in all, a wonderful trip!
This house was beautiful and had a beautiful view! We felt right at home here and the owner was so easy and quick to get back with us. The beds were so comfortable and nice! The kitchen was very well stocked. We did do a little bit of cooking and found everything we needed.
The location is something I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was gorgeous. The town of black mountain is a sweet town and very kind people. There is a large grocery store there. The drive to the house from Black mountain up is about 15-20 minutes. It wasn’t terribly inconvenient though. The road is very windy, I recommend arriving in the daylight if possible, but you’ll be fine in the dark. Asheville downtown is about 30-40 minutes from the house.
We loved our stay!
