Our beautifully renovated two story villa comes with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths inside The Greens community of Shipyard. Enjoy the cleanliness and upgrades you deserve while on vacation. Plus, no neighbors above or below you. Relax on your own private deck with views of the #6 green on Shipyard Golf club's Galleon course. If you love the beach, our villa is the closest (less than a 5 minute walk) which is very convenient for families. Enjoy the use of our beach chairs and keep your things secure in our beach locker. The walk/bike trail is situated right outside the door, which takes you straight to the beach and the Shipyard Beach Club.

There are new 55" HD Smart TVs for the family room and primary bedroom provided for your enjoyment with upgraded digital cable with high speed internet throughout. To add more comfort for our guests, a new queen size bed has been added in 2025 to the 2nd bedroom, along with a twin bed.

Enjoy the updated pool within a 3 minute walk. Bikers and joggers of all ages will find paths that wind throughout Shipyard and across the island, providing a tranquil tour of the surroundings. For tennis players, the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club is conveniently located across the street. The Racquet Club offers private tennis lessons and clinics for both adults and children from beginners to advanced players. For golfers, the Shipyard Golf Club, the former home of the Hilton Head Seniors International, offers 27 holes of golf.

We also have an arrangement with a local bike company to give discounted rates to our guests. Their bikes, which come with a basket and lock, are in great condition so you know what to expect - no surprises the day of your arrival.

A keyless lock has been added for your convenience. No worries about getting keys.

This is NOT an investment property, it is our home away from home. This is a non-smoking unit. For the convenience of our guests, no pets are allowed.

Sheets and towels provided – just bring your beach towels. We also have beach chairs for our guests and an extra storage locker at the Shipyard Beach Club.

Shipyard is a gated community with security patrols featuring lighted walking/bike paths and golf courses throughout the property. It is nestled between Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes and only a few miles from the Harbour Town Lighthouse. Coligny Plaza, with over 70 stores, restaurants and coffee house is a close bike ride away or a 5 minute drive. For those who love to shop, the Tanger Outlets are only a 20 minute drive. For added safety, exterior motion detection Ring cameras are located on the shed covering the area of the front walk and parking lot.
