Property was very clean. Beds were super comfy. Location was great. About 25min from downtown Estes. Loved the coffee bar and the hot tub. We had a great trip.
My wife and I had a relaxing time in this cozy mountain cabin. The location was exactly what we wanted - close to Estes Park but more secluded. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beverage station every day of our stay. The little touches around the cabin made it very comfortable. We enjoyed looking at the stars and the views were amazing!

I’m so happy to hear how much you enjoyed the cabin and love the photos!
Susan’s communication was excellent! We had so many questions and she answered all of them. The cabin was perfect, had amazing views and everything we needed. I especially appreciated all of the extra towels she provided. The fire pit and hot tub worked flawlessly, the coffee bar was great and we used it every morning. The fireplace was magical and had everything we needed. I have zero complaints, we had a wonderful stay!

So happy to hear you had such a smooth experience! That is our top priority!
Overall, it was pretty good just had issues with the grill and also the fireplace did not get instructions to open the flute so the house got full of smoke and there was not enough dish soap

We are committed to providing a safe and well-equipped home, which is why we provide a comprehensive digital guide and a physical handbook on-site with clear safety instructions for the fireplace and all appliances.
Unfortunately, during this stay, the fireplace was operated with the flue closed despite the provided instructions, creating a serious safety hazard and requiring an emergency holiday service call to mitigate fire & carbon monoxide risks.
Regarding the grill, it was damaged through misuse (using kerosene instead of charcoal lighter fluid), and we did ask for it to be replaced (along with the melted charcoal chimney starter) in order to ensure and prioritize the health of our future guests.
We also keep back up supplies, including dish soap, stocked under the sink for guest convenience.
I am glad that you thought the cabin was “pretty good otherwise,” as that was the impression we got before we had to make the damage claim.
Very cute cabin perfectly placed in the woods. We saw wildlife out the 2 big windows that face the mountain every day. Our second evening right on que Susan had a beautiful elk walk out for us to take many pictures. It was a perfect location to just sit and unwind. I told my wife and daughter I needed mountain therapy and boy this cabin didnt disappoint. The hot tub was perfectly placed to sit and unwind every evening looking at the mountains. We also took advantage of the awesome coffee bar she has set up for you. Susan was very quick on returning messages. I had before the trip. Even answered a couple that I had when we first arrived. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.
Beautiful, peaceful spot from which to explore the Estes Park/RMNP area! Everything you need with gorgeous mountain views. Our pup loved looking out the window for wildlife, we saw deer and turkeys!
