This adorable little studio cottage is located in a private association with beach just 200 steps away! The property has one Queen size bed and sleeps 2 adults max. Accommodations include a fully equipped kitchenette, full bathroom with shower, a Roku Smart TV with free wifi, air conditioning, a cute little deck with café table and chairs, and off-street parking for one car. Bed linens, towels and beach chairs are included. There is a maximum of two guests and one vehicle permitted at any time, this is not a place for entertaining. Please Note: There is a larger house next door that is also available for rent, sleeps 4, visit VRBO 694278. Located less than a two-hour drive from mid-town Manhattan and Boston, the area is perfect for hanging at the beach, long walks, bicycling, scenic drives, canoeing, kayaking, antiquing, outlet shopping, wineries and more.

Very cute cottage in a very quiet neighborhood just steps away from a private, neighborhood beach. When we went for a walk, we found everyone very friendly. Great location for us and very easy to get around to local attractions.We would stay there again.

Beautiful beach cottage

We had such a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway on the Connecticut shoreline!

Amazing little cottage for 2. Just enough house and beach is truly a short walk to a private beach. This is what sells it for us! Cute little kitchen, but lots of restaurants close. Liquor store (another important place for us), grocery store and everything you could need literally a few minutes away.Second time we've stayed and will absolutely come back! Best little cottage for 2. A slice of heaven!!!

The cottage was cute and conveniently located. However the listing said there would be a full kitchen and all that was there for knives was a dull paring knife which made it difficult to cook.

Peaceful retreat

We had a lovely visit to Clinton. Our little cottage was just perfect for two people. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the people are friendly. The beach area is clean and not crowded at all. The area has many unique shops and restaurants, and it's not "touristy". Overall, this cottage was ideal for our CT vacation.

Quaint Little Hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this romantic little hideaway. From exploring hidden trails to the town beach, to cooking a nice little dinner before watching the sun set over the sound, to enjoying easily accessible local cuisine, this little nook is perfectly suited for a short or extended beach getaway. We will definitely visit again.

Location and neighborhood were great. Quiet, no crime most of the neighbors were permanent residents. Superficially everything was clean. As we were settling in we noticed a few things that were overlooked. I think we were the first guests of the season and no one had deep cleaned. No worries though. We cleaned most of the problem spots we found. The freezer needs to be defrosted desperately.
