Spacious apartment of 115 m2 in the center of Madrid in a quiet street of the district of letters. High ceilings apartment that is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Apartment located on the second floor, with elevator. Three bedrooms, the main one with double bed and ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub, hair dryer and built-in wardrobe. Room 2 with double bed and room 3 with two single beds, which can be joined if desired to become a 1.80 x 2.00 cm bed and built-in wardrobe. All rooms have linens. Separate bathroom with bathtub. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, gel and shampoo. Living room with TV, desk, sofa-bed and two armchairs. Dining room with table for 6 people, extendable to 8. Library-reading area with armchair. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kitchenware, crockery, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, juicer and blender. Iron and ironing board. Air conditioning and heating throughout the house.

You will find the necessary information of the neighborhood, as well as of Madrid and its surroundings in the apartment, staying updated with respect to shows and exhibitions of interest.
All the textile of bathrooms and bedrooms is 100% cotton.

Wonderful location in Madrid with exceptional hosts

My colleagues and I stayed here for a conference in Madrid. The conference center is near the airport and we had discussions amongst ourselves whether we should stay near the Ifema conference centre or downtown. What a great decision we made to stay with Teresa at her apartment downtown! First, this was a gorgeous, comfortable, well appointed apartment with three roomy bedrooms, wonderful kitchen with everything we could need for food preparation, and a comfortable living dining room with balcony. The location could not be better!! We could walk in less than 10 minutes to the Prado Museum, go running in the El Ritero Park, or catch public transportation to our conference out by the airport. There were many close restaurants. My cooking class was literally a 4 minute walk. What an incredible find! Teresa and her husband also gave us so many tips- on local restaurants for tapas, paella or seafood - the places the "locals" go! Teresa was such a wonderful host that she did research for us for the subway/bus lines to Ifema conference center before we arrived. We loved the apartment and I would return in a minute. Thank you for such a wonderful home to stay in for our trip to Madrid!

Perfect location, well appointed flat

Three couples stayed in 3 good “adult” bedrooms. The gracious hosts greeted us and shared lots of information that helped us feel comfortable in the flat and the great neighborhood. The unit was recently remodeled so it felt fresh and clean with plenty of light fixtures and plugs! The kitchen held very appliance and accoutrement for cooking that you could wish for. Lots of nearby markets and restaurants. A bonus was the elevator that got us and luggage from 0 to 2nd floor. A flat 30 euros from the airport in a large taxi that held 6 plus baggage.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Conforme aux photos, très propre . Très bien localisé , à côté du centre et de toutes les visites : peut tout faire à pieds. Propriétaire accueillant et de très bon conseil . Un grand merci de la part des 8 Françaises !!
