The house features 5 Bedrooms over 3 levels, a well appointed kitchen, ensuite, bathroom, living room, dining room and a sunroom. The deck area which faces north & east boasts extensive ocean views. The house has 2 reverse cycle air conditioners/heaters and a cosy coonara log fire.

Locality

HowLong Richo Retreat is located in the Pt Grey area only a 200 metre stroll to the nearby Pier, Fishing Coop and the historic Lorne Pacific Hotel.
A short set of steps leading to the Gt Ocean Rd enables access to a flat gum tree canopied walking track leading to the centre of Lorne a mere 10 minute walk. Lorne offers safe swimming at its patrolled main surf beach, a large skate park and playground on the foreshore to entertain the kids. Excellent restaurants and coffee shops and plenty of good shopping for the girls . HowLongRicho Retreat is an excellent base to explore the wonders of the Great Ocean Rd, Otway Ranges and its beautiful waterfalls, abundant wildlife and bushwalking tracks. Visit Teddys Lookout, go fishing in the rivers or on the beach's. Feed the kookaburras, or dine at the excellent restaurants. Lorne has it all.
