Had a great time, beautiful sunsets out back, quiet away from hustle and bustle of town but still close enough to enjoy Taos and surrounding area. Loved the hot tub after hiking. Mark was a great host would book again

The house was very dirty. I smelled of mold and old lady. We had to buy candles. The towels and linens also smelled of mildew. We asked about laundry so we could clean towels. Laundry is not offered on sight. Owner also comes on property to water plants both in and outside with or with out telling you. There is a horrible smell of raw sewage, and we had the owner text us telling us to close the window because he didn’t want his heat bill to increase. When we advised about the smell, he advised that happens on windy days. The view and hot tub are legit. No extra chemicals to add. So if you are there multiple days, you won’t be allowed to touch the hose to fill tub back up or add chemicals to make tub fresher. Near down town, and easy drive to Santa Fe.

Had a great stay - perfect accommodations for two people - great location - close to town and to the ski resort, loved having a hot tub- very responsive host ! Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was very clean. The views were beautiful! There were beautiful sunflowers all over the property. The gardens were immaculate. Mark was an amazing host and answered all our questions. He also gave us some good recommendations for the area. We would definitely book here again. The town was great. 1000/100. I have nothing negative to say about this stay.

Nice place, good for a couple!

We enjoyed staying at Mark's property and he was a very attentive host. The hot tub was a nice feature during the cold winter. We were visiting family and the location on the North side of town worked for us. The bed was comfortable and the view out the back window was amazing! Sunsets and starscapes were stunning!

This was a good place for a nice relaxing getaway. The hot tub was very nice, and hot and ready when we arrived. It's only 10 minutes out of Taos and has a great view in both directions. The downside of location is that it's right off the main road and the traffic is loud outdoors. The patios are nice and pretty private, though it's unclear whether the next door neighbor can use the back patio. The interior was clean and cute, with nice decor. The heat works well, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots and dishes. Spices are limited. The TV works well, as do the appliances. Very nice stay overall.

Mark anticipated all of my needs! The place was well appointed and I just loved the hot tub and the view out the bedroom window. I was surprised, though, that the apartment is on a main highway and weirdly located near a storage unit... I likely would have changed my mind had this been listed. There was a stair master stored just outside the bedroom window beside the stunning view. It would have been nice to have chairs to sit outside and ponder that amazement. Mark was very responsive and a wonderful host.

Cozy and comfy spot in a quiet and safe location!

This apartment gives guests a taste of authentic New Mexico charm with its adobe structure and southwestern decor. The bedroom features clean sheets and a very cozy bed, and out the window there is a beautiful view of a nice field and the mountains in the near distance. Downtown Taos is easy to get to from the place, just a 15 minute straight shot down the road. If you are used to AC and are put off by the lack of it, speaking as someone who loves their AC I can attest that with the fans (included with the room) running it felt very comfortable inside. You can safely leave the windows open at night, and with the fans running it stays nice and cool. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and also very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. I would highly recommend this place for your trip, and I will definitely be returning next time I visit Taos!
