Short walk to Rundle St: cafes, dining, wine bars, East End cinemas, retail, trams, Botanic Gardens, Fringe Festival (Feb/March). FREE secure off-street undercover parking. Two smart TVs, 4G wifi, bluetooth soundbar, laundry, full kitchen, office with desk. Ensuite bathroom, queen-size bed. Quiet location.The Retreat at Flinders is located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD.

The Space:
Our place has a balcony with seating for two. Inside there’s an office with a desk for your laptop and a comfy chair, books and magazines. The kitchen / dining / living room has a high bench with 3 stools, and a view to the city -an ideal perch to enjoy breakfast or any meal. All your cooking needs are catered for in the fully-equipped kitchen and there's a pod coffee machine and microwave. We provide provisions for you to make breakfast the first 2 mornings. Enjoy one touch Netflix TV in living or master bedroom. Full laundry facilities, tasteful interior design and furnishings.

Guest Access:
Access all areas, excepting cleaners cupboard directly inside front door.

Check-in time is 3.00 pm, or earlier by prior arrangement (contact host).
Additional fees apply for early check-in prior to 12 pm, or at host's discretion.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a quiet quarter but close to the city. At the eastern end of Flinders St, there's good eating close by (try Flinders St Project, a minute to the East on Flinders St). It's also very close to beautiful Victoria Park (a bit further east, across Hutt St), an expansive grassland and wooded park great for exercise, cycling, walking, kite or drone-flying! The Stables cafe/restaurant is in the north-eastern corner of the park, or keep walking and cross over directly into Rymill Park (where the Fringe Festival is held) and on to the city!
