As you enter the house, you are immediately captivated by the tasteful decor. The sunken living room welcomes visitors with its comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Just beyond the living room, there's a spacious dining room. Enter the sun room with breathtaking views of the water and the picturesque landscape.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting a generous breakfast bar, and a cozy sitting area. Fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and amazing views of the water.
There's a first floor bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private outside deck. A hall bathroom with a shower completes the first floor.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, two with two twin size beds. There's a large separate laundry room and a full bathroom with a shower and double sinks located on this floor.

At the end of the hall, is the primary bedroom. This room has a king-size bed surrounded by large windows offering breathtaking views. A dressing area leads to an en-suite bathroom, complete with a large tub and a walk-in shower.

The vacation rental is ideally located, with Bonehill Beach, Audubon trails, and numerous other beaches in the town of Barnstable. Barnstable Village, with its charming restaurants, shops is close by. Enjoy a whale watch at Barnstable Harbor or a round of golf at the nearby Hyannis Public Golf Course. **** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
