This lovely first-floor apartment is part of a private complex with beautifully​ landscaped gardens in a picturesque resort located in Arenal d'en Castell.

It is 4 minutes walk to a stunning, gently sloping,
horseshoe​ bay. With its clear shallow water and white sand beach, it's ideal for kids and adults alike for swimming, snorkeling​, kayaking, paddle-boating, and sunbathing.
The accommodation is light and sunny​ and has a private terrace with stunning, panoramic sea views. It is comfortably furnished and decorated to a high standard. It's perfect for a family of 4 or close friends and is comprised of 2 bedrooms, a living/dining space, a fully equipped​ kitchen, and 1 bathroom. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV, ceiling fans in each room and new double glazing throughout.
Parking spaces are available behind the property. Bed linen and towels are provided for each week of your stay. Check-in and check-out times are set as standard but the hosts adapt to the customer's needs whenever possible.

The apartment was compact but had everything you needed. The best thing about the apartment was the view from the balcony, we spent many hours on there, especially lunchtime & early evenings. The supermarket is very close and you have a good choice of restaurants & a couple of bars playing live music to walk to. The bus stop to fornells is directly behind the apartment. Jesus kept in contact during the stay & helped to resolve any problems we had. We had a very nice holiday & hope to return next year.

Excellent Accommodation means a great holiday !

This lovely apartment was spotless and extremely well presented on arrival. Clearly well maintained and equipped, it sits in an enviable position within the individually owned private complex of Costa Arenal. Travelling as couple, my wife and I enjoyed excellent nearby restaurants, but the apartment’s kitchen facilities would offer you the chance to cook up family meals. The balcony has a lovely view across the bay, best enjoyed with a glass of wine in the evenings! We had no issues at all during our stay and therefore did not need to contact the owners, but their communication throughout the booking period was first class and made it an easy process. An excellent base from which to enjoy the area and an apartment we will definitely be returning to!

Vacanza stupenda e casa stupenda. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone. Non manca nulla anche a livello di accessori e elettrodomestici. Bellissima la vista sul mare, cenare la sera sul balcone è molto piacevole. Ottima anche la piscina per far divertire i bambini nei giorni in cui magari non si ha voglia di andare in spiaggia. Séjour exceptionnel à Arenal d'en Castell. La résidence est très bien située et le jardin paysager est magnifique. La terrasse est très agréable et les vues sont splendides. Will et Jesus sont très accueillants et la communication est excellente. J'ajouterai qu'il ne s'agit pas ici d'une location anonyme. Le logement est chaleureux et extrêmement bien équipé. Rien ne manque pour passer de parfaites vacances. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le sens du partage de nos hôtes. Nous recommandons chaudement cette belle adresse !

Le grand plus de cette location, la vue! Appartement très propre et communication fluide avec les propriétaires. Proximité de la plage et piscine dans un beau jardin. Dommage que dans votre annonce vous détaillez les équipements avec Wifi, lave vaisselle… or en arrivant et à réception de vos informations (3 pages un peu excessif…) sur place, on apprend que le lave vaisselle est en panne depuis 2019!!!!! et pas de Wifi gratuit. À l’arrivée on ne voit que le plaid troué sur des fauteuils anciens , vous pourriez les changer si vous voulez du standing. (Parasol sur le balcon avec un pied serait un plus).Ceci dit avec quelques améliorations tout est très bien, très bon séjour.

Situation parfaite pour un séjour a Minorque

Tres satisfaite des échanges que jai pu avoir avec les propriétaires de ce logement, qui ont été d'une grande gentillesse. C'était notre 1ere fois à Minorque à mes enfants (6 et 8 ans) et moi. On ne peut pas rêver meilleure vue pour le petit dejeuner. La résidence est calme, très bien entretenue et charmante, contraiement à certains blocs que nous pouvons voir sur les côtes. La piscine est un plus pour les baignades matinales avec les enfants. Logement très bien équipé et très propre à notre arrivée (Et il faut savoir que je suis très exigeante avec la propreté). Une belle plage est accessible a pieds en 5 minutes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut a proximité pour faire les courses. La situation du logement sur la côte Nord est un plus pour nous puisque c'est la cote que nous avons préférée, contrairement au Sud, trop touristique à notre goût. Si nous devons retourner à Minorque, nous réserverons sans hésiter ce logement.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Will e Jesus insieme alle nostre bambine ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L’appartamento si trova in un bellissimo complesso con vista mozzafiato sul mare, ampi parcheggi e ha anche una piscina praticamente appena fuori dalla porta. La zona di Arenal D’En Castell è strategica per visitare l’isola e le sue spiagge e la sera ci sono svariati locali e ristoranti dove poter stare. Gli host sono stati attentissimi e disponibilissimi dall’inizio alla fine del soggiorno. Spero un giorno di poter tornare ad alloggiare da voi! Grazie di tutto!

Bel appartement, très bien situé ( belle plage à 5 min à pieds, piscine, commerce) avec une belle vue. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème de moustiques et il faisait bon grâce aux ventilateurs. El apartamento está perfecto, tiene todas las comodidades, todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, el baño recién reformado, cama muy cómoda, mosquiteras en las ventanas que han evitado que tuviéramos ni un sólo mosquito en las 2 semanas que hemos estado, decorado con mucho gusto y situado en una urbanización muy bonita y cuidada con todo tipo de servicios cerca, farmacia, supermercado, etc... y situada al norte de la isla, perfecto para llegar a las calas más tranquilas en verano. La comunicación en todo momento perfecta con los propietarios, y te envían unas instrucciones previas detalladisimas del funcionamiento de electrodomésticos y de todo en general, que se agradece mucho. Hemos estado muy a gusto, gracias por todo!

Vistas espectaculares!!

El apartamento, así como la urbanización en la que se encuentra están muy bien cuidados. La limpieza y la comunicación con Jesús fue perfecta. En cuanto a la climatización fue el punto a mejorar puesto que tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas cerradas ya que en mitad de la noche pasa el camión de la basura y es imposible no despertarse, sí bien es cierto que con el ventilador puedes dormir. Otros puntos a mejorar sería el sofá y el menaje de cocina (espumaderas, tazones ...). No obstante hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Menorca.
