Villa LEONARDO is situated in an ideal position with its prevailing view over the sea and the coast of Torre di Chia, surrounded by greenery, about 700 meters from the sea.

Villa LEONARDO is an independent semi-detached house consisting of two terraced apartments, each consisting of:
- living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, all fully furnished. Complete with satellite TV, fridge, freezer, oven and mosquito nets on all windows. The living area is air conditioned. Outside there is another shower with hot and cold water, laundry with washing machine, barbecue, 1 parking space inside the villa.

Villa LEONARDO has terraces of about 40 square meters each with an ideal table and chairs allowing you to have lunch outdoors in full relax or to spend your evenings enjoying the typical products of the area in the blue sea of Torre di Chia.
The property is located in an area, very quiet, private and fenced, about 700 meters from the Torre di Chia beach, easily reachable on foot in 15 minutes.
Not far away, you can reach the other beautiful beaches of Campana, the dunes, Su Giudeu, Capo Spartivento, Cala Cipolla, the salt lake that is home to the pink flamingos, and finally the beach of Tuerredda.
There are also a few hundred meters market, bars, newsagents, restaurants, easily reachable in a few minutes.
It is ideal for couples of adults and families, with all the features to spend a perfect holiday.

Dogs and cats are allowed where special kennels will be prepared for the occasion.
