2 room apartment in the center of Viel Antibes. A large South, South - West terrace in the extension of the living room with open view allows you to take your meals. The large bedroom, sunny in the morning, overlooks a small, quiet pedestrian street. This room is spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage.
The living room has a sofa convertible into a bed for 2 people
 The Provencal-style bathroom is very bright.
The apartment is located 2 minutes from the market
Provencal, restaurants and shops and 5 minutes from the beaches and shops like a carrefour market. The proximity of all the distractions and the transport facilities allow you to be car-free.
If you want to come with friends or family, you can rent a studio for two people, located 10m from the apartment.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom.
This air conditioning is reversible and acts as heating in winter in addition to electric heaters.

Lovely apartment right in the heart of old town Antibes.All the evening noise and hum of the restaurants and bars while on the roof terrace, but with the bedroom being in the back its silent for sleeping at night. Terrace is lovely and air con good for the hotter months. Great location for traveling up and down the coast. Trains and busses dirt cheap and easy to use. Marianne easy to deal with and always on time.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful balcony. Sitting on the balcony, you felt the atmosphere from the streets below, and so could stay in for a meal whilst still feeling a part of the busyness of the streets. However, there was no noise inside from the street below. I used the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Cosy appartement above the rooftops of Antibes

Had a great time, everything (especially the market with fresh fruits and vegetables, but also the small city beach, picasso museum) was really close. Also on a rainy day it was very comfortable to stay at the flat.

Lovely place to stay

This place is in the heart of everything. Close to the cafes, bars, restaurants and the market. Kitchen is well equipped so we bought stuff in the market and cooked for ourselves. There is a small beech nearby which does get busy. Also the train station is 15-20 minutes away from which we went to Monaco and Cannes

centrally situated, clean, sunny, great balcony.

This is a lovely flat... my wife and I stayed for a week, it is clean, well equipped, comfortable bed in quiet bedroom. Great storage space. From the west facing balcony, you can overlook the centre of he old town, and the beach is 4 mins walk away. It is on the second floor (ground, first, second. But 40 steps is a small price to pay for such a lovely appartment. Highly recommended.

Apartment is in a great location only a few minutes from both the beach and the Provencal Market. Very comfortable with a lovely balcony for eating or just people watching. The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment so very quiet. The kitchen has a good stock of utensils, large fridge/freezer & all you need for an enjoyable stay. The bedroom has loads of wardrobe & cupboard space & also there are plenty of mirrors dotted around the apartment. Marianne was very helpful and courteous & we would not hesitate in returning. A spacious apartment in a perfect location

A very nice spacious apartment in a perfect location. You need to be fit enough to climb 40 stairs to reach the apartment which is on the top floor of a house. The view from the balcony is worth it. My husband and I are both in our 70s. Comfortable bed in a very quiet bedroom. No sun on the balcony in the morning but we ate breakfast there every morning and we were there for three weeks. Full sun all afternoon and evening, needed to use the awning sometimes. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

HÀrligt lÀge alldeles intill marknaden. LÀgenheten Àr perfekt för ett par. Terass med fin utsikt mot bergen och delar av staden. Fungerar utmÀrkt Àven vid lite sÀmre vÀder dÄ det finns markis. En av badstrÀnderna ligger bara ca. 5 minuters promenad frÄn lÀgenheten. Flera restauranger runt hörnet men hela den gamla stadsdelen ligger inom nÄgra minuters promenad. Garage finns tillgÀngligt ca. 10 minuters promenad bort. En Opel Grandland gÄr med nöd och nÀppe in pÄ p-platsen. Trappan till lÀgenheten kan vara en utmaning för den som har svÄrt att gÄ. Vi, tvÄ pensionÀrer tycker att lÀgenheten Àr toppen liksom Antibes och Madame Marianne som tog emot oss Àr fantastiskt trevlig och hjÀlpfull.

En vÀldigt mysig lÀgenhet, perfekt för tvÄ vuxna, med bÀsta lÀge mitt i gamla stan. Sovrummet vetter mot en tyst bakgata, och balkongen pÄ taket (!) har utsikt över staden, bergen och den magiska solnedgÄngen. Rymliga rum, inklusive badrummet, och sovrummet har en skön sÀng. Köket har allt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung ĂŒber den DĂ€chern von Antibes

Wir haben uns in dieser großzĂŒgigen und hellen Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt; die Betten waren super bequem und alles erforderliche Zubehör fĂŒr die Zubereitung von FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen war vorhanden. Auch die Lage war super, alles war fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Ideal war es auch ,um frĂŒhmorgens auf der Stadtmauer und dann auf der Promenade bis zu 1 Stunde zu walken. Tolle Croissants und Baguettes gab es 3 Minuten entfernt und der provencalische Markt vor der HaustĂŒr erfĂŒllte alle WĂŒnsche. Dieses Appartment ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolles Apartment mitten in der Albstadt

Das Apartment ist in toller Lage mit Blick ĂŒber die DĂ€cher von Antibes. Sehr gepflegt und gemĂŒtlich. Die KĂŒche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet Vom Apartment sind es ein paar Schritte zum Markt wo man jeden Tag frich einkaufen kann. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
