Mill Farm Cottages - The Nook
One of four lovely cottages situated in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Barlow. Set in 50 acres of conservation pastures, lakeland and woodland.. All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: TV, DVD Player, CD Player
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge
Bedroom: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Towel hire, £2.50 per person. Cot and highchair available on request. Doggy extras.. Patio with garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 2 cars.. These self catering cottages are situated in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Barlow, on the edge of the Peak District National Park and close to the South Yorkshire border, Mill Farm provides a superb base for both holiday breaks and business visits. The four cottages are close to the village and set in 50 acres of conservation pastures and woodland teeming with wildlife.

Please be aware that although internet is advertised as available at this property, if there are any problems with connection/availability of the internet connection during your stay caused by circumstances beyond our control, then neither the owner nor the company can be held responsible and no compensation will be given. Please be mindful that the internet is provided free of charge for general browsing/collecting emails etc any excessive usage will be payable to the owner. Those who use the internet understand that as the Broadband service is provided by an Internet Service Provider (ISP), they accept the Terms and Conditions of that ISP.
We would like to inform you we are currently carrying out maintenance to our barn adjacent to our holiday cottages, we are of course doing our upmost to avoid and distrubtion to your stay and we are keeping working ours to a minimum.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9-4 and the works will be taking place from 19th March - 13th April.
You will see scaffolding around the barns.
