We had a wonderful getaway and enjoyed the beautiful property. We were so lucky to walk deer in the yard every night in the hot tub!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!

The host did not seem friendly at all. The email with all the information including the physical address did not show up until we were 10 minutes away. The host sent a sarcastic reply when I asked her for it. While there, the commode clogged up and we were able to unstop it, however, again the hostess was rude by insinuating that we had used too much paper and stopped it up ourselves. I was disappointed that there was a hot tub but only one towel per person for the whole week. The river was beautiful, the weather great, the location convenient to town, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the river each afternoon. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and the demands from housekeeping insulting.

The confirmation e-mail was sent July 31 with check in Oct. 11. I do not understand the 10 minutes and I was not hateful at all. My reply was Everything is in the confirmation e-mail above and gave you the code for the lockbox to get the key again. All you ask for was the lockbox code not the address which was in the confirmation also. Your stay was the 1st time anyone said the toilet clogged up and there is a plunger there that you used. I was asking to see if I could figure out what was going on. You stayed 7 nights and no more mention of a clogged toilet. We only provide 4 towels and 4 wash cloths during your stay and that is on my listing. I did provide enough laundry pods for your stay and you said you could only use scent free laundry detergent and you had only brought 3. I said maybe the Dollar General sells them. I was not disrespectful or rude any of the time with you or anyone in your party. The kitchen has basic supplies and all we ask is for you to wash the dishes used and put them back into place. That is not asking to much. I was not disrespectful or rude any of the time with you or anyone in your party. I am sorry if you think I was,

The property and home was spotless!! Pictures need to be updated. Large table with chairs and bench seating on the deck now. The hot tub was crystal clear and clean. The bed and bedding comfortable and clean. The only issue I saw was the couch and dishwasher. The couch is old and needs replacement.Stained and smells too. The dishwasher did not seem to work. We would stay again. Quiet there. The view of the Holston River from the deck was mesmerizing. Close to town.

The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet. The only sounds are the river and the birds. Very peaceful. I would def stay here again. The only negative I would say is that the beds are a little small and hard but other than that the rental was amazing.

Cute cabin in Hot Springs right on the river with a beautiful porch and hot tub. Hot Springs was heavily impacted by hurricane Helene but is recovering nicely. Spent our days hiking on the nearby Appalachian Trail and coming back and enjoying the hot tub watching the river flow by and restaurants in Hot Springs for dinner (I think we hit them all). I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this cabin many times and we love it! It’s clean, cozy and well stocked. The hot tub is amazing and the river view can’t be beat. Hosts are very responsive. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Cabin was clean and cozy. Perfect location close to Hot Springs and enjoyed being on the River. There was a stink bug issue and I would have preferred a tv in the bedrooms. The couch was very uncomfortable as well and looked like it had seen better days. Overall, a great cabin though! Beautifully made!

Charming and relaxing

The cabin was lovely and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The porch overlooking the river was sooo relaxing! We love Hot Springs and we will be back!
