This furnished furnished apartment is located a few steps from the sea (in a residential area).
The sandy beaches and shops are very close.

Calme, entre mer et soleil

Séjour parfait, l'appartement est idéalement situé, très proches de la plage et des commerces essentiels sans les inconvénients de la nuit Juanaise. Climatisé et doté d'une très belle terrasse, dans une résidence très calme même la nuit ! La côte est sublime Antibes, son cap, le sentier du yire-ppil, Cannes, Nice, on a du mal à retrouver la route du retour..

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, nähe Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Grosse Terrasse, Geschirrspüler, WM/TU in der Wohnung. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit Vermieter unkompliziert, top. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und chic, die Wohnanlage ruhig und nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt für Touren nach Nizza, Cannes etc. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation perfekt. Der Ort ist allerdings sehr voll und eng bebaut, voller Autos uns sehr oft Fluglärm vom Flughafen Nizza

Tolles Appartement in sehr guter Lage! Nur den Chemin direkt runter gehen und man ist direkt am Strand. Das Appartement war sehr angenehm! Tolle Betten! Wir könnten super schlafen! Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, aber nun gut. Dafür war von Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine alles vorhanden! Die Messer und Gabeln sollten Mal ausgetauscht werden und auch die Abläufe im Waschbecken im Badezimmer und der Dusche könnten mal frei gemacht werden und auch die Duschköpfe könnten Mal neu. Recht wenig Druck beim Duschen! Aber alles in allem ein toller Urlaub! Danke Mr. Terre, wir kommen wieder! Liebe Grüße, Rebecca und Christiane

Le propriétaire Yvan prends le temps de nous expliquer ou faire ses courses, d'ailleurs supermarché à 200 m ouvert tous les jours même le dimanche toute la journée. Il nous a indiqué les endroits à visiter. Appartement agréable et très propre, résidence calme. Tout était parfait, merci Yvan.

Bel appartement à Juan les Pins

Très bien situé avec une place de parking privé ce qui est un must car il est difficile de se stationner dans les rues avoisinantes. La gare de train est proche, très utile pour nous déplacer plus facilement vers les endroits que nous voulions visiter. Il y a un très grand magasin d'alimentation tout près de l'appartement. Bien pratique ! Merci à nos hôtes de leur disponibilité.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, neu renovierte und saubere Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt -sogar mit Stabmixer! Zu der Wohnung gibt es eine große und angenehme Terrasse mit schönen Pflanzen umrahmt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und nur ein paar Minuten zum Fuss zum Meer. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils ein Doppelbett mit festen Matratzen. Das Sofabett ist wie ein normales Bett zu vergleichen. Sehr netter Vermieter und Schlüsselübergabe! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Quartier résidentiel et très calme. L'appartement est situé à deux minutes à pieds de la mer. Très spacieux et lumineux avec une superbe exposition. Une grande terrasse et une place de parking complètent cet appartement. Le ménage était impeccable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse, toujours joignables et de bons conseils.
