Golfe Juan F2 new in FRONT DE MER

The 42 m2 apartment with 10 m2 terrace is located opposite the sun beaches, it was refurbished in 2015 (Induction hob, 2 160x200 beds, air conditioning, real oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher , washing machine, internet…).
Deposit of 1500 € to be given to the owner (check returned at the end of the stay).
This Location is 150 meters from the SNCF train station; You will be able to shine on Antibes, Juan les pins, Cannes, Monaco, Italy ... without any difficulty; from the same place you can if you prefer to use the Bus.
Located opposite the Lérins Islands, you can 50 meters from the apartment use the shuttle boat (which will take you there to discover this exceptional site.
The tourist office is on the port opposite the apartment, the port area is animated by many shops (bar, restaurant, ice cream parlors, souvenirs, fishing, fashion, sea theater ...)
There are 3 mini-markets in golfe juan, an Intermarché is present in Vallauris (2km), Carrefour is in Antibes (3 km)
For your vehicle there is a reserved space in the parking lot at the foot of the building

Wonderful

We had a very pleasant stay in Golfe-Juan. The appartement is very close to the wonderful beach and the train station is nearby so it’s very easy to explore the riviera.

Location très agréable, idéalement située.

Nous venons d'effectuer notre deuxième séjour dans cette location. Les points forts outre la qualité de l'appartement bien équipé et très agréable à vivre sont la plage juste en bas de l'immeuble, le parking, les commerces essentiels à proximité. Nous nous plaisons à Golfe Juan et nous n'avons qu'une envie : y revenir.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour , tout était conforme à l'annonce ; l'emplacement , la propreté, la communication avec les propriétaires, l'accueil , les activités à côté , les restaurants aussi , supermarché pareil . Location très agréable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. On ne se lasse pas de la vue mer et de la plage juste en face de l'immeuble. Le parking et la proximité des commerces essentiels constituent des plus, absolument indispensables dans la région.

Enchantés de notre semaine, avec un très bon accueil, (propriétaires très très sympas et à notre écoute) appart très propre, rien à dire.... si ce n'est que "nous reviendrons" ! Et ce sera le cas puisque nous allons renouveler dans quelques mois. Très bien situé, face à la mer ! que la route à traverser. Nous avons passé un super séjour, fort agréable, prenant les repas sur le balcon. Nous remercions vivement Régine et Michel pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil le jour de notre arrivée.
