We really enjoy staying in Anne’s apartment when we visit Antibes. She is a very nice and helpful host. The apartment is very spacious with a nice big terrace to enjoy dinner or morning yoga/exercise. Our stay was perfect as always.

Un séjour inoubliable

My daughter and I stayed here for a week in June. The location was absolutely perfect being steps from the water, a short walk to Old Antibes, and about a 15 walk to the train station. The apartment was very clean and had modern amenities. The lovely outdoor space was very much enjoyed. Merci!

Amazing getaway in Antibes!

This property is perfectly situated for exploring Antibes by foot and the French Riviera by train. It provides ease of access to beautiful beaches, the historic old town, and many markets. Enjoy your daily baguette and croissant on the spacious terrace. Great bakeries, restaurants, and cafes are within a short distance. Lots of on street parking is available and is free from 6pm to 9am. We count the days until we can return!

Very Nice Apartment close to the beach

We enjoyed the stay in Anne's apartment very much. The apartment is clean, has everything what is needed. Interior design is very welcoming. The location is close the the beach, market scenic area. Everything is very close. Anne was very helpful during the booking and the checkin process. Fabien has arranged the arrival and departure very well and was very helpful if there were questions. Any time again. Only negative point is that there is no parking space available. But with the information from Anne, we maneged that.

Brilliant stay in Antibes

The property is excellently located and close to everything we needed for a lovely holiday, from the beach, to the harbour, the walled town, the shops, restaurants and supermarkets and the sailing club! We don't mind walking and we didn't have a car and it was possible to get to everything we needed on foot. That said, there was a local train and bus station for access to surrounding area. The host was brilliant from the start and was happy to communicate with us before our holiday, giving us the information we required. She made some suggestions about what we could do during our holiday, including booking our kids onto sailing lessons at the local sailing club, which the kids LOVED! The apartment itself was well appointed and clean. The air conditioning upstairs in the living area was much appreciated. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and cooked quite a few meals there. We also used the washing machine a few times. Our only negative comment is that the apartment smelled of smoke when we arrived and for a couple of days but we understand that not everyone is a non-smoker and it wouldn't stop us booking the apartment again. We also got a little confused over check out day as we thought we needed to leave by a certain time but, in fact, we actually had to meet the manager at a specific time to pass back the key. So maybe just clarify that on your arrival. Thank you so much for such a wonderful week.

Excellent séjour !

Je recommande vivement cette location qui présente de nombreux atouts : excellente localisation proche des commerces, de deux plages et de la gare. Tout se fait à pied à moins de dix minutes. Par ailleurs, ma famille et moi n'étions pas véhiculés et nous avons pu visiter Antibes et sa région sans problème grâce à la proximité de la gare et de plusieurs bus. L'appartement est très agréable.

Super emplacement, bel appartement lumineux et propre!

Tout était parfait, la personne qui nous a accueilli était hyper gentille. Tout était super propre, très près des restaurants et attractions. Seul commentaire : n'oubliez pas qu'il n'y a pas de stationnement et que vous devez payer un parcomètre dans les rues (sauf le weekend). Sinon, faire un arrangement avec la proprio en amont.
