Black Mountain getaway in this fully remodeled, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home located about a mile walk from downtown. The home features an open kitchen and living area with a warm vaulted wood ceiling, a large wraparound, and a basement game room with foosball, chess, and arcade games (low ceiling in basement 6’3”)
The fully equipped kitchen opens into the dining and living area, making it easy to spend time together. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer for guest use. Outside, you’ll have plenty of parking, a spacious yard, and a large deck.
It’s a convenient home base for exploring downtown Black Mountain, nearby hiking trails, Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We stayed in Black Mountain for family weekend while visiting our son at Montreat College, and the location of this house was perfect! It was so close to the school and made our visit very convenient. The house was perfect for our family, and we really enjoyed our stay. The host communicated well and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
