Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (A 50 EUR fee applies for late check-ins).
No smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited; a fine of 400 EUR will be applied if violated.
No parties or events: If we receive complaints or the police intervene, a fine of 400 EUR will be imposed.

good location, terrible place

major maintenace issues: Broken stair case, live wires exposed, rotted, moldy wood floor by shower. Told management company about maintenance issues but did not address them . Unsafe. First night we were there people in the apartment below us broke their sliding door glass with a 2x4 piece of wood. heard banging and watched them for 2 hours try to break the glass until it finally shattered. Called police and management company to come out but did not show.

L’appartamento ha come punti di forza la location, attaccato alla metro e comunque comodo per la maggior parte delle attrattive che sono raggiungibili anche a piedi, e le ragazze dell’assistenza che sono gentili ed efficienti. L’appartamento purtroppo era poco curato, la camera di sopra era freddissima e non era possibile accendere la Pompa di calore in quanto emetteva un odore terribile. La parte esterna è la parte più bella della casa, mentre l’interno è buio e soffocante. Diversi mobili sono rotti o rovinati.

The check-in process of going to the main office prior to the apartment location is tiring after a long day of travel. However, they were able to accommodate early check-in at least. Separately there were not enough towels.

El apartamento nos encató, sobretodo la terraza que tiene que es un lujo en el centro de la ciudad. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina de la última planta ya que era febrero. Sin duda se lo recomiendo a todo tipo de huésped.

Quiet but very convenient location, excellent for work trip or holiday. The apartment was extremely quiet. I am a light sleeper and usually take ear plugs everywhere with me, but I didn't need to use them at all. It was quiet to sleep/rest in, but also very well situated for the city centre, many restaurants and the metro. So, the perfect combination of quiet and convenient for everything. The other main highlight was the friendly and very attentive people managing the apartment, who were very fast to answer any questions and could not have been more helpful. I had a great stay here and would certainly recommend it.
