School holidays with the family

Great house for 3 generations to stay - well equipped with everything we needed, great views down to the beach and wonderful sunrises. Easy walk to the Lorne Hotel for dinner. So many activities to enjoy nearby, including Teddy’s Lookout, Erskine Falls and Sheoak Falls and Swallow Cave. Very comfortable and great communication from the owner.

Family Holiday

Beautiful views

Fantastic views from both decks. A well equipped kitchen with plenty of useful Tupperware and new oven and cooktop made catering easy. It’s a spacious place with a great location

Amazing views & Family friendly

We happened to stay on a rather chilly weekend, but the home was always warm and cozy. It was the perfect place for a combined family visit (i.e. our family and my in-laws). Plus our daughter loved watching the Cockatoos that would come on the porch railing each afternoon. Overall was a great place to stay as a family, had everything we needed. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Knock out views with excellent tidy and super functional and comfortable house. Felt right at home (but with much better views than my place!) Damian was a great host. Quick to respond to queries and with helpful info of the area. Would love to stay again!!

Great views!

We enjoyed the views from the property and close proximity to town. Parking wasn't great due to the size of our car and unfortunately construction on a neighbouring property began early each day with trades consuming off street parking. In our opinion, the property was a little over priced but it was still good to get away..

High View

The property was what we expected and more! The kitchen was extremely well equiped, with more than we had thought, making it easy to cook in situ - a useful advantage with a four year old who eats early. The view is lovely, looking right over Lorne and the sea - fabulous! Being there over the weekend meant that the tranquillity and peace of the place was only disturbed a little on Friday with the building noises, but It really wasn't bad. The couches and beds were all comfy - only suggestion I would make is that a couple of spare blankets and top sheets would have added to our comfort, as we had several quite warm nights, and the wonderful snuggy doonas were a bit too warm! Also, and perhaps minor issue, we found it difficult to operate the television systems - we all had a go (not the 4 year old!), and we worked our way through!. I would really like to thank Amanda & Dani for enabling such a great visit to Lorne!

Great experience with killer views

Me and a friend stayed 3 nights at this this fantastic property. Fully equipped kitchen with free tea and coffee, clean and tidy, lots of room, close to town, great choice of TV entertainment and an awesome deck with views all the way out to Aireys Inlet. Damo is a great host and communicator who provided us with a comprehensive list of where to eat and what to see and do. 10/10 would stayz again.

Lounging in Lorne

Great well equipped house for a week away in Lorne with lovely views to the Aireys lighthouse. Excellent set up for grandparents in front bedroom with ensuite and family and children in separate sleeping area with their own bathroom. Would happily return.

Great holiday

Damian is a great host, generous with tea, coffee etc and even willing to post the phone charger I left behind! Excellent view, with a short walk to the beach (but note the house is up a big hill). Note also that top bunks don't have guard rails. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend.

A Real Gem in Lorne

As a family we recently spent a week at Damian's house and we thought it was fabulous. It was in a quieter location away from the craziness of the main drag, but close enough to the life saving club end of the main beach for quick access. The linen was excellent quality and the kitchen was well stocked with all types of glasses, cooking utensils and the much needed coffee machine. The big draw card is the view, we really enjoyed a refreshing beverage on the deck after a long day at the beach, just sitting relaxing and taking in the view. We will definitely stay again! Also great communication from Damian!
