Lovely home and grounds. Good air conditioning, nice kitchen appliances. Walking distance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Near route 6A for easy access to baseball games, beaches, stores, and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay.
Upon arrival, everything was clean and in place. We loved the fenced in yard for our dogs, the central air, and quiet neighborhood. This listing exceeded our expectations!

Thank you for your feedback. So happy you enjoyed our home and your vacation!
This is my second year staying at this wonderful home. Situated near the heart of Brewster, you can easily walk to the Snowy Owl for coffee or walk ten minutes to the beach. The home is lovely, perfectly clean, well appointed with all the kitchen supplies you might need, and the back yard is beautiful and quiet. I cannot think of one thing that I needed that was not supplied. The owners are attentive and gracious. A perfect vacation!
Great property for our family. Felt like a home not a rental. Beautiful area. Close to the Bay. Clean, nicely decorated. Very Cape Cod. I will definitely want to come back

Thank you to our hosts Patty & Stephen for a sharing your lovely home with us.
Everything was clean, comfortable furniture & beds. This home appeared just as listed, location was perfect, close to the beach and fabulous restaurants.
Loved the fenced in yard for our papillon.
Communications were very good.
Hope to come back next year:)
Not able to park at the beach on lanell landing - parking pass is need which takes 5-10 business days
Per Town of Brewster website. It was not safe to walk across 6A and down toward the beach with kids.
The home was clean and lovely but the basement was very musty smelling and there were many bugs on the floor when tried to use the space one evening.
My kids were hoping to use the hot tub but it was empty.
We enjoyed seeing family close by and paid to park at Nauset Beach.

I am sorry you were not aware of the parking at the beach. From the town website -“Visitors may purchase daily or seasonal beach parking passes starting June 1, 2024, please note that these are paperless. Your beach parking pass will be automatically valid once you receive the confirmation email. There is no need to print hard copies of the permit, as enforcement will be conducted using license plate reader technology. Visitor passes may be purchased the day of, or in advance of your visit”
We do have a cooling system in the basement that should have kept it from being muggy and I am sorry it was not enough.
In regards to the hot tub- it is NOT listed as an amenity so should not have been expected
My entire stay was wonderful from beginning to the end. Patty and Steve were easy to contact and they replied quickly. The home they created is peaceful inside and outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. I cooked many of the 14 days I stayed and even made a pie ( rolling pin was available). The beds were comfortable and the other furnishings updated and pretty. The house was emaculate and well thought out. The garden was my oasis. Beautiful flowers and shade from the trees. You can easily walk to the center of Brewster and to the beach. I highly recommend this property. I will rent again next year.
The description on this property in no way does it justice. The landscaping is beautiful. Great fenced yard to pets. Deck furniture and shade awning really encourages outdoor relaxation. Great hammock. The outdoor table seats eight as does the indoor table, but add to that four great bar seats indoors. It is on a quiet residential street very close to bay beaches and Nickerson St. Park ponds for swimming. The house also has a climate controlled and very attractive basement with a large TV and comfy seating and toys that entertained two 11 year olds. SHEETS and TOWELs provided along with good quality beach items and towels, a cooler and beach umbrella. The owner was VERY responsive. Highly recommend,
Susan and Lee K.

Thank you so much! We are very happy you enjoyed your stay. We hope you return again!!
The home is meticulously clean and very comfortable. It was great to have sheets and towels provided, and they were of good quality. The backyard was also well-maintained and comfortable. Having a fenced in yard was wonderful for our dog. However, it should be noted that in the back area, the fence is only about 3 feet high and, although not an issue with our dog, it might be a problem for some. I wish I had noticed on the map that we had to cross Rte. 6A to get to the beach, but it turned out to be less of an annoyance than I'd first thought. There is no crosswalk at the end of the street, but we discovered that walking the Rail Trail, then crossing at the crosswalk at Cobie's Restaurant was a pleasant walk and much easier than walking along 6A. (Being so close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail was a bonus.) We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home!
Just a great home and location ! Bike path, beaches all walking distance, loved are stay …

We fell in love with Brewster and the Brewster flats many years ago and were lucky enougt to purchase this house in 2009. The brewster flats are a special place and fantastic for families and children. We love the location of our home and our neighborhood, We love the location, privacy and proximity to the bike path and beach. We have made improvements year after year and now have a very comfortable family beach house just the way we wanted it. We love our home on the cape and think you will too.
