Our home is a very comfortable and inviting family house with an open living space including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with central air conditioning. Home is located on a quiet street with a nice yard, deck and patio that backs up to conservation land. Close to the bike path, Nickerson State Park, Linnell's Landing Beach and Cobie's. Well equipped kitchen with outdoor grill, outdoor shower and patio. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Everything you need for a memorable family vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella included.

We fell in love with Brewster and the Brewster flats many years ago and were lucky enought to purchase this house in 2009. We love the location, neighborhood, privacy and proximity to the bikepath and beach. We have made improvements year after year.

This is a great house for families with a nice private yard and plenty of space. It has a bright open floor plan with everything you will need for your vacation.
What makes this property unique
Our yard is next to consevation land giving us plenty of privacy. Just a few steps to the bikepath which will bring you to Cobies and to the beach.
