Fantastic apartment with superior location

Apartment: Beautiful apartment with two rooms and an amazing 25m2 roof terrace with sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook. Location: Perfectly located, close to the beach (100m) as well as to the old town of Antibes (250m). We stayed three weeks in the apartment and enjoyed every day! The host was always available for any question we had!

Excellent apartment

I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The apartment is located on the top floor of a well kept building centrally located in Antibes. It was a pleasure to have breakfast and dinner on the lovely 25m2 terrace. The apartment was very clean well equipped and very functional. Madame Nathalie was extremely hospitable and available throughout my stay. Definitely deserves a return visit. Thanks again .. Ronald

Es ist immer wieder das Gleiche: die Lage, die Lage, die Lage. Diese Wohnung hat alles, was man in Antibes zu Fuß erreichen will: die Nähe zum Strand (Plage du Ponteil in weniger als 10 Min), die Nähe zu Juan les Pins (über dem Hügel in 20 Min.), die Nähe zu einem riesen Markt am Bd Albert 1er, (jeden Donnerstag), die Nähe zum Bäcker (5 Min) und Supermarkt (10 Min.), die Nähe zur Altstadt von Antibes (10 Min.). Sie ist hell, geräumig, hat bequeme Betten und alles an Kochutensilien die man braucht, ohne Michelinsternekoch zu sein. Eine Terrasse, die zum Frühstück und Drinks am Abend, mit Blick auf das Wasser, einlädt. Ein Stellplatz im Innenhof. Der Aufzug bis zur 7. Etage ist praktisch, es sei denn, man macht das Treppenhaus zum Teil des Fitnessprogramms, wie auch die frühmorgendliche 5km Joggingrunde zum Anfang des Caps. Ein SUPverleih ist auf dem Weg zum Plage du Ponteil und 20eur für 1 Stunde ist voll in Ordnung. Eine nahegelegene Tankstelle auf der Küstenstraße nit humanen Preisen rundet das Angebot ab.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Komfortable Wohnlage in Altstadtnähe

Die Wohnung war perfekt für Urlaub in und um Antibes, gut ausgestattet mit allem, sauber, geräumig und freundlich eingerichtet. Man käme gut ohne Auto aus, aber auch der Parkplatz war sehr hilfreich. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es nicht laut, der Blick von Balkon bzw. der großen Terrasse sehr schön. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin für den freundlichen Empfang!

Alles super!

Wir haben uns in diesem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Auf der großen Dachterrasse konnten wir jeden Tag die Morgensonne genießen und die Strahlen der Abendsonne wärmten den kleinen Balkon. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Perfetta!

Al di là del fatto che l’annuncio rispecchia perfettamente la casa, questa è dotata di ogni confort a partire dal parcheggio privato sotto casa, il mini market sotto casa aperto fino a tardi e il fatto di essere a 50 m dalla spiaggia. La proprietaria è deliziosa è molto premurosa. Insomma conaigliatissimo !!

Une semaine à Antibes

Appartement au 7ème étage avec une très belle terrasse et vue partielle sur mer. Très bien situé entre la place de Gaulle, les remparts et la plage de la Salis. Parking dans l'immeuble. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Vacances idéales

Séjour à Antibes extraordinaire dans ce bel appartement vue sur mer avec une spacieuse terrasse. À 3 minutes a pieds de la plage et moins de 10 minutes de la vieille ville. La propriétaire est très chaleureuse et accueillante. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir!

Beautiful view from balcony

Nathalie went above and beyond, personally came to the bus station to pick us up when mobile service was not working for google maps. Lovely stay, when in Antibes I would stay again.
