Spacious sunny 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air-conditioned apartment in an excellent location on the edge of Old Town. Situated on a tree-lined boulevard within 200 metres of the sea - a few minutes walk to the beaches and many excellent restaurants.
The apartment has a large dual-aspect open plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen, and two balconies, one of which has views of the sea and Cap d’Antibes. At 85m2 in total, it accommodates 4 people in style.
The apartment is in a secure building with free parking in the underground garage. Local transport provides immediate access to other beaches on Cap d'Antibes and the centre of Juan les Pins. Activities such as gym, sailing, fishing, scuba diving etc. all available nearby.
